The Illinois native discusses the concepts that inspired him to create his own series entitled Guardians, which tells the story of two super-powered beings with conflicting personalities who protect the citizens Delta City.  Ever bursting with ideas for new titles, Todd sets his sights on his upcoming miniseries Home, in which a young woman with a dead-end existence embarks on an epic fantasy journey in another realm.
